2. The information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us, or that is needed to run this website securely:

• Enquiry and quote information — your name, company name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in, collection and delivery locations, details of goods, preferred dates and the content of your message.
• Email correspondence — information you include when you email us directly.
• Technical information — our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the website running properly.

The contact page sets a single, strictly necessary session cookie (wmsess) which helps protect the enquiry form from spam and automated abuse. It is deleted when you close your browser. Because it is strictly necessary, it does not require consent.

6. Third-party services

To display our heading font, pages load the “Space Grotesk” font from Google Fonts. When this happens your browser connects to Google’s servers, which may receive your IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, who process data on our behalf as a service provider.

7. How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to previous conversations, then deleted. Information relating to services we provide is kept for as long as necessary for the service and for our legal and accounting obligations (typically six years).

8. Sharing your information

We only share personal information where needed to provide the services you request (for example with subcontractors involved in a collection or delivery), with trusted service providers such as our hosting and email provider, or where required by law. Anyone we share information with is required to keep it secure.
